I have been a client at 1 to 1 Africa Braids for a year maybe (considering my hair styles lasts four to six weeks). I have never walked away unsatisfied with the service and hospitality that I receive from Anna, my stylist. She reassures me that if I am ever unsatisfied she will work with me until we both are satisfied with her service. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and professional at all times. What I like about 1 to 1 Braids is that I have never had to wait past my appointment time to get started (ok maybe once but it was only 10 minutes no big deal there). She is never overbooked to the point where you are sitting and waiting. I would highly recommend 1 to 1 Braids on her personality alone.
