Called for a timing belt, was misquoted a price over the phone and then told in the office, after I drove there, 20 year old's in the back don't know what they are doing.

I live over 50 miles away, and was told I couldn't get a loaner for the day, then told... oh let me get you in a loaner after I drove all the way there, but had not made arrangement or brought the correct amount of money to have the service done.

I did get an nice apology from the lady at the desk, she seemed to be running the place, and said I called on a day when she wasn't there and everything just falls apart when she is not there, she did go to the manager who didn't bother to come talk to me but gave her a card to give to me for 10% off my next service, but I didn't want them working on my car.
